GYDonkey Posted October 6, 2011 Posted October 6, 2011 Hello fellow Lego nuts, first time posting so go easy on me :).I recently discovered a few of the Shell promotional(3318) 1998 World cup footballers in the attic still sealed in the bags in an old suitcase full of diff stuff, just wondered if anyone could shed some light on the rarity or desire factor of these pieces. Brickpedia gave me the background but didn't offer up any indication of rarity/value. Cheers! Quote

I'd leave at least 2, though. They only increase in value. Although it's mostly for the packaging/collection value, the figs aren't really worth anything by themselves. Quote

It seems most of them are available in decent numbers on BL but there might be some that are special, I didn't check that much. Most of the sets are made with very basic parts and the minifigs are also very basic. Quote
