Lord Thrawn Posted September 4, 2006 Posted September 4, 2006 Well, that was the absolute coolest thing I've seen in a long time. I love how this is interactive... Fantastic animation there. Quote
Zarkan Posted September 4, 2006 Posted September 4, 2006 Another excelent move for Bionicle, although I dislike the lack of speach. The animation was awesome! ;-) Quote
Kahgarak Posted September 5, 2006 Author Posted September 5, 2006 Actually, they do speak in the same way that the Toa Hordika did in Quest for the Mask of Light. Instead of having them speak English, either random gibberish was put in or some language that's supposed to be REAL Matoran. Quote
JINZONINGEN73 Posted September 6, 2006 Posted September 6, 2006 Well, that was the absolute coolest thing I've seen in a long time. Yeah, since 2001 actually. A return to the old flash animation stories. Just another point making 2006 the best year of Bionicle. Lego... you have been listening, haven't you? HAVEN'T YOU? :-D Very well done, I'm likin' it. Another excelent move for Bionicle, although I dislike the lack of speach. That's how Bionicle started off, and it was good. Then Lego went crazy and started giving them voices and junk. But it seems they've gotten a lot smarter recently. Quote
Lord Thrawn Posted September 6, 2006 Posted September 6, 2006 I really liked how the Matoran were portrayed. The Piraka were very menacing too, and slightly comical at the same time in their over the top sense. I'm sure it was intended, that they were slightly humorous but sadistic. Very well done. What do you reckon Thok is facing at the end? I reckon it'll be Axonn. Quote
Zarkan Posted September 7, 2006 Posted September 7, 2006 Y'know, the animation was a bit reminisant of the old batman tv series, what with all the sounds (growling, whip slashing) having onamonapias (sp?) to acompany them. ;-) ~~END~~ Quote
Lord Admiral Helden Ravensdorn Posted October 19, 2006 Posted October 19, 2006 *shrug* It was a step up, to be sure, but absolutely nothing can match the simple ingenousness of Templar and the 2001-2003 animations/games. LEGO is *still* stupid :( Quote
