(If this is not in the right topic, please feel free to move it  )

I'm in the process of making a Harry Potter BrickFilm, and I need to make a list of parts that I need to buy (BrickLink, eBAY etc.), and I'm having a hard time trying to find out a good way to organise the list, because I need to get lots of pieces (bricks, minifig parts etc.), and lots of the characters have more than one "costume" (Hogwarts uniform, Quidditch kit, casual-wear), and it gets really confusing

I've tried lots of methods, like Excel and word, and I seriously don't know!

Does anyone have any ideas? :classic:

Bricklink has a feature which may be of use: Bricklink wanted list

I'm with Brickmack, Use the Bricklink Wanted Lists. Once you get the hang of it they are an extremely useful tool.

Thanks to you two, I'd never really thought of using the wanted list first
