Fred Daniel Yam Posted September 24, 2011 Posted September 24, 2011 (edited) Hello everyone, I recently posted a tiny little vig with Johnny Thunder in it, and I've decided to make more of them after seeing Peppermint_M and Landshark's comments. So Here it is: Roman Ruins Front View Close-up Front view Back view Top view You can see my Johnny Thunder one in the forum as well, more to come soon If you have an idea, feel free to comment in the thread. K-Nut Posted September 26, 2011 Posted September 26, 2011 Can't believe I missed this! Very nice, I'd love to see one for each character and have them all lined up. Great work. Quote
lightningtiger Posted September 26, 2011 Posted September 26, 2011 Well, it's really nice 'volcanicpanik', it speaks volumes.....a piece of a Roman building with an ageing professor looking for clues....to where he dropped his wallet ! Brick On 'volcanicpanik' ! Quote
Fred Daniel Yam Posted September 27, 2011 Author Posted September 27, 2011 Adding onto the storyline.. Johnny Thunder and Dr. Kilroy had located the mystical spear of Noritsu in the middle of Japan, donning their gear and boarding on the first flight, Dr. Kilroy cam up with the idea of blending by wearing traditional Japanese clothing. It didn't work out so well....... Welcome to Japan Front View Side View Back View Close-up of Dr. Kilroy's great "idea" The story continues...... Please comment Quote
LandShark Posted September 27, 2011 Posted September 27, 2011 I've decided to make more of them after seeing Peppermint_M and Landshark's comments. Good to see my comment went to good use. I'm glad you're continuing this, I think it's a great idea. I especially like the Roman Ruins one, the 'small part of a scene' style works really well there, it looks like you've taken it out of a much bigger build. Can't wait to see what you do next. Quote
Sid Sidious Posted October 8, 2011 Posted October 8, 2011 I really like this MOC. Its nice to see a vignette that is fairly small. It shows that you can show a lot with a few pieces, and you don't need thousands of bricks to make a good MOC Quote
