The grand vizier has proposed a contest of sarcophagi so he can choose between the best designs. These are the tracks that had been given to the architects. The coffin must be original, simple and not very pompous, but with a minimum of good taste and some detail of course. The best designers of the country and foreign lands will present their creations to the pharaoh. A 3 month term has been given ... Here you are the results The Spartan designer has proposed the following simple model, and possibly the heaviest. Almost monochrome. Persian designer has proposed an open model and quite innovative... in this area... Thracian designer has proposed a design too innovative and the most dismal of all. Snakes alive have been decorated within. Please help the Pharaoh to choose one Quote

Jargo Posted September 23, 2011 Posted September 23, 2011 I like the shape of the Spartan design and the colours of the Persian design. If the Persian designer did some modification and closed the sarcophagus up and removed the grey relief from the lid I think I'd like that one the most. Quote

Hiawatha Posted September 30, 2011 Posted September 30, 2011 I think the Spartan has made the best design . Although it may be simple compared to the other two, the use of all grey helps the coffin piece blend in with the rest of the MOC. This gives it a together feel. Quote
