-zenn Posted September 20, 2011 Posted September 20, 2011 While browsing through flickr I came across this underwater scene with a cannon which might be interesting for all you pirate scoundrels out there... *yarrr* Made by SlyOwl. From the comments I could make up it consists off techinc tubes, a palm tree segment, black minifig head, technic pin and lightsaber bar to hold it together. Anyway a really great brick build cannon! Big Cam Posted September 20, 2011 Posted September 20, 2011 Very nice find, it definitely looks like sunken treasure, and the marine life around it just add's to it. Quote
Captain Blackmoor Posted September 20, 2011 Posted September 20, 2011 I like it as well, especially the jellyfish. The chest is placed nicely too. I'm also wondering how this has been photographed. Nice one! Quote
Sebeus I Posted September 20, 2011 Posted September 20, 2011 I've seen it already, it's a nice cannon but the black palm tree part is not easy to find unfortunatly Quote
Brickdoctor Posted September 20, 2011 Posted September 20, 2011 SlyOwl says in the notes on the photo on flickr that there is no black palm segment involved, just two Technic tubes, the head, the pin, and a lightsaber blade for added strength. By the way, this is the MOC that inspired the cannon I used in my MOC, The Outpost, 1700s, which uses a black fez instead. Quote
Derfel Cadarn Posted September 20, 2011 Posted September 20, 2011 Yes I remember this one, not sure if Sly posted it here or not. As always, the part usage is excellent and that cannon is deffinitly a great design! Quote
