Hiawatha Posted September 18, 2011 Posted September 18, 2011 (edited) Hi! My username is Hiawatha. I chose this name because it was my cat's, who was named after the train, which was named after the Native American. The sigfig is based on an American Officer from the Napoleonic Wars. I may be new as a memeber, but I am not to the site. I have visited this site for quite sometime and finally jonied. The work of some of the mebers and layout of forums are familiar to me. My main interest in Lego is in Pirates (Soldiers and Islanders too), but I also enjoy the Adeventure sets and Orient Expedition, Castle, Star Wars, and Harry Potter. My favorite lego piece is either the classic Shako or the whit Onion Dome piece. I live in the United States in Pennsylvania. I enjoy traveling, and have been around the US and have visted the United Kingdom, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland, Canada, and the Bahamas. I know a lot of the members are from around the world and I look forward to meeting you. I originally got in to Lego by seeing a Taj Mahal built out of Lego in 2006 online. This inspired me to build my own and continue to build since. (The Taj has been taken apart since then, but I will try in the future to put it back together). Thanks! Hiawatha Posted October 2, 2011 Author Posted October 2, 2011 Good to see someone from PA! I live near York. York is close to Gettysburg, Lancaster, and Harrisburg. At one point, York actually served as the uS capital during the Revolution. I'm glad you like pirates also! Quote
