The functionality is impressive and you've presented it very well -as usual  . I also like the shaping of the turret. However, it is let down by the proportions. The hull looks at least a brick too tall to me. It looks like a T-72 on steroids.

I agree. Maybe I should have decreased the ground clearance after all.

It is nice to see a small creation with pretty many functions and details. On exbition the bigger the better, but not here. It is always harder to make a working MOC which is that small.

Why do you call them inferior to other tanks? As far as I know the number of MBT confrontations that was anticipated during the cold war turned out to be a deceptively low number ;)

I don't exactly call them inferior, I'm saying they were designed with focus on quantity over quality and that in result they usually lose 1:1 fights against Western tanks. Check the results of Egyptian T-72s fighting Israeli Merkavas. The 72s got pretty much turned to shreds. That doesn't mean these are bad tanks, they were simply built to follow a specific war doctrine.

Simply. F***in'. Amazing. How the hell did you make the cannon elevation system? Amazing. This goes on my Facebook!

It's just a micromotor with a single small linear actuator. You can actually see it in the video, and if you need a better look, feel free to visit my website and check the photos.
