Magnus the Great Posted September 10, 2011 Posted September 10, 2011 Nice landscaping. The slope is awesome. Is it 4x2 reddish brown wedge plates i see? Quote
Jedi master Brick Posted September 10, 2011 Posted September 10, 2011 (edited) This is stunning and I love the hill affect you did good luck Edited September 10, 2011 by Jedi master Brick Quote
I Scream Clone Posted September 10, 2011 Posted September 10, 2011 Great job on sculpting a landscape for your town. The rest is pure class as well, good luck in the voting. Quote
BMW Posted September 10, 2011 Posted September 10, 2011 Wonderful. The curved and inclined street alone is novel. Add in the siding and other details and you have one amazing town. Quote
Creator Posted September 10, 2011 Posted September 10, 2011 Wow! Amazing details. What a nice scenery and good job on the slope of the road. Quote
Dark_Alamez Posted September 10, 2011 Posted September 10, 2011 Good job Cara! Some NPU detected! Quote
Artizan Posted September 12, 2011 Posted September 12, 2011 Totally awesome! The hilly road, with really detailed buildings on sides is a winner for me! Good luck! Quote
Trent Posted September 12, 2011 Posted September 12, 2011 I love the curved, inclined street and I think the detail of the mine is excellent. The mine shaft really adds to the feel of the town. Great work. Quote
Cara Posted September 15, 2011 Author Posted September 15, 2011 Thank you to everyone for your comments. Here is a link to the scene of the wagon whose axle has broken at the top of the hill and which is about to cause the impending stagecoach crash. Nice landscaping. The slope is awesome. Is it 4x2 reddish brown wedge plates i see? Thank you! I made the hill in 6 sections and each section is made from a combination of reddish brown plates that are 4x4 and 4x2 wedge in size. AWESOME creation and what a fantastic stagecoach ! Great work 'Cara' and Brick On ! Thank you! I was so happy with the way the stagecoach's curved sides worked. Room for 4 seated inside. Which reminds me those guys aren't included in the photographs of the cast that I added to flickr. Good job Cara! Some NPU detected! =) I had a lot of fun. My favourite is probably the grape vine with the forestmen's hats as leaves. Or either the Gungan patrol shield or Aero tube joiner as windows in the white sided house. I love the curved, inclined street and I think the detail of the mine is excellent. The mine shaft really adds to the feel of the town. Great work. Thank you. This is a photograph of the miners. I was happy with the way the cabling came out on the mine head tower. Best Wishes! Cara. Quote
Sirens-of-Titan Posted September 15, 2011 Posted September 15, 2011 Great scene Cara! I love the angle work in the road and surrounding houses! It really sets the whole scene up nicely with each house not obscured by its neighboring buildings! The Gungan shield used as a window in the house is really ingenious! The pot with the flowering plants (The Mohawk and dino man tail) is an absolute gem of an idea, I hope you get credited with it when it becomes massively used in the future! Good luck in the contest! badboytje88 Posted September 15, 2011 Posted September 15, 2011 I think you made a great choice of head for the girl sitting on the ground. The cavewoman head really looks kind of baffled. Just like she fell and took a blow to the head. Very nice. Off course the use of the dino tail is brilliant. Great MOC altogether. Quote
Ecclesiastes Posted September 16, 2011 Posted September 16, 2011 This is one of my favorites, the building are really nice. But what impresses me the most is the elevation of the ground: Impressive! Quote
Flea Posted September 18, 2011 Posted September 18, 2011 wow great!! how did you make curved street? Quote
legobodgers Posted September 30, 2011 Posted September 30, 2011 Well done, you are a deserving winner. I love the use of the series 5 dinosaur man tails as plants. Quote
tootsman10 Posted September 30, 2011 Posted September 30, 2011 Awesome piece use here! My favorite is the plant with the series 5 lizard guys tail and the window on the blue building. Well done . Quote
