smitty9999 Posted September 1, 2011 Posted September 1, 2011 Hi Everyone, My name is Matthew and I'm a 28 year old life long LEGO fan. I was given my first LEGO set when I was about 4 years old, the Blacktron Battrax 6941 (http://www.brickset.com/detail/?Set=6941-1) and I've been hooked ever since. I mostly have Space from Space Police to the Exploriens and Castle from the Wolfpack to the Royal Knights. My other interests are environmental issues, hiking, jogging, motorcycle riding / repair and listening to the police radio. Quote
dr_spock Posted September 1, 2011 Posted September 1, 2011 Welcome aboard, Matthew. There's another Lego Store opening in Toronto. Quote

Si-MOCs Posted September 2, 2011 Posted September 2, 2011 Yay another Torontian! AND a spacer to boot! Hopefully I'll run into ya at the lego store or some other event! Welcome to EB! Quote
minifig13 Posted September 2, 2011 Posted September 2, 2011 Welcome to EB! I too am new, and Canadian! (eh) Enjoy the forums! PS I suggest (since you like LEGO space) you join on Classic-Space.com forums. You'll love it, although it's not very popular yet at this time. It's getting there though! Plenty of Blacktron fans! darththeling Posted September 5, 2011 Posted September 5, 2011 Welcome! I'm in Toronto too... where do you find the best collection of Lego sets around here? I moved here a couple of years ago and I've been thinking that ToysRUs in the Eglinton station has the best selection, but I'm curious as to where others find their retail bricks. Quote

I have no idea where to find LEGO in Toronto. I haven't bought a set in forever. I might make the plunge and buy the Medieval market villiage online, but for in store, i have no idea. Quote
