LEGO Guy Bri Posted September 1, 2011 Posted September 1, 2011 (edited) Last week I got into my parts bins and created a couple groups of new vehicles. First set are my new quad bikes. I also took a few photos to show the pieces used and simple build. I hope you like. Comments and suggestions are welcomed Thanks for looking! Edited November 9, 2011 by Leg Godt Gud Quote
lightningtiger Posted September 1, 2011 Posted September 1, 2011 Great looking quad bike 'LGG', cool way to lengthen the design by installing suspension ! Brick On ! Quote
-zenn Posted September 1, 2011 Posted September 1, 2011 I love little builds like these. I'm just wondering how they would look if you flipped the front mudguard 180 degrees, and switch the steering to 2 clips (or 1) + two revolvers as handlebars. Quote
The Blue Brick Posted September 1, 2011 Posted September 1, 2011 I love them. There so cute and small, but so detailed. Awesome job. Quote
LEGO Guy Bri Posted September 1, 2011 Author Posted September 1, 2011 Thanks 'lightningtiger', '-zenn', and 'The Blue Brick' for your kind comments '-zenn', your inquiry got me curious, so after some searching, mainly for the revolvers, I switched out the parts and came up with this. I build any and all quads, whether they are MOCs or from TLG with the mudguards facing "headlights" out for a more "utility" style. Looking at them the other way gives it that racing quad look (well minus the light). It could use a modified brick up front as a bull bar so it wouldn't be so flat. I like the idea so am keeping this one in this format, thanks Quote
22kane Posted September 2, 2011 Posted September 2, 2011 Very cool little 4 wheelers you got there. I may take a crack at them, I could always use a couple for my upcoming winter village MOC. Quote
-zenn Posted September 2, 2011 Posted September 2, 2011 Haha, I didn't expect you would build 'em. Can a fig grip them when he's on it? Maybe some sort of bullbar would be a nice touch I have to agree. Quote
