we get a lot of complaints about certain sets, Ferarri, Harry Potter, etc. so more sets have the same problem. Problem is we don't have the ability to reproduce them all...

This happened to me with both of my Batman's, "Two Face Escape" sets. The stickers crumbled into pieces while the other batman sets with stickers were fine. The funny part is that the sets were on the same shelf with no sunlight near them. :hmpf_bad:

This unfortunately happens to stickers gradually over time, regardless of whether they have been in contact with direct sunlight or not.

I suggest some sort of scrubbing brush (or a toothbrush), and warm soapy water (ideally in a nearly-full basin).

If you remove the stickers by hand (i.e. scraping it off with your nail), there is a sticky glue that remains. Luckily, using the method above will resolve this. If you would like some replacement stickers, search around online (it's amazing how many people don't apply their stickers), ot contact TLG.

Hope this helped :classic:

What is the exact problem? Is it the thickness of the material? I too was very disappointed with the crumbling of my stickered sets, esp the vestas applied minifigures.
