Hi!

I present several train cars for my rail road. They do not have the original in real life and built for active play with my child.

Awesome train cars! They're simple yet prototypical and work brilliantly. The colors you chose are perfect and I like them all. Great job!

Goods waggons are great. Working on some similar right now. I see you have opted for 7 studs wide on the box waggon. I tried mine originally in 8 but it seemed to wide, then 6 seemed to narrow so I settled on 7, seems the best fit to me. Nice to see them lined up like that.

Thanx for your comments!

Yes, I think that 7 studs wide is more suitable, especially for passanger car because it allows to make 2 seat rows.

I really like these. They look nice but they're not overdone like a lot of AFOL wagons tend to be. May even poach one or more of those ideas for my own layout!

Exactly. The trick is to somehow capture the essence of the 'original', and not necessarily a complete model... (although they can look fantastic). A 7 wide solution for enabling two rows of seats is somehow the best solution for models. Even the 6 wide base, expanded to 7 wide with side panels can work well.

Some great inspiration.
