BlueBard Posted August 20, 2011 Posted August 20, 2011 Hi, everybody! Here I present you the final design for my Modular Neighborhood project on LDD. If everything goes alright I should be able to post the final "photo session" by the next month when some friends of mine -professional photographers- will help me with it. For the moment, I hope you like it! BTW, I'm also planning to re-use this scenery for some kind of "Alien Conquest"- based layout and I still need some alien minifigs so if any of you have some to trade you're welcome here. Quote
sonicstarlight Posted August 21, 2011 Posted August 21, 2011 Looks absolutely smashing! Your buildings work so well with one another, and finally seeing everything at once is great. I can't wait to see the actual photographs. Quote
L@go Posted August 21, 2011 Posted August 21, 2011 I absolutely love it. This is a wonderful layout. I can only agree with sonicstarlight above: I can't wait for the actual photos! Quote
Vindicare Posted August 21, 2011 Posted August 21, 2011 Oh wow. After all this time of seeing your great buildings by themselves, finally were getting that groupshot! Quote
Vincent Kessels Posted August 21, 2011 Posted August 21, 2011 That is a very good looking neighborhood BlueBard. I can't wait for the photos and the close-ups. Quote
alois Posted August 22, 2011 Posted August 22, 2011 I would love to see a photo of this great layout in real Lego. Do you already have them all in real Lego, or are there still buildings that are only virtual? Quote
BlueBard Posted August 22, 2011 Author Posted August 22, 2011 I would love to see a photo of this great layout in real Lego. Do you already have them all in real Lego, or are there still buildings that are only virtual? I suppose I'll be able to post photos of the "real" layout in September, but all depends on time to organize a proper photo session. It's not a permanent diorama (all the buildings are stocked) and I want to take the photos with some friends of mine who are photographers Concerning your question, all the buildings are already done in real, and you can see them here. HighFlyer Posted September 4, 2011 Posted September 4, 2011 Wow that neighbourhood looks spectacular, wonderful work! Can't wait to see the completed project in real LEGO. Quote
prateek Posted September 4, 2011 Posted September 4, 2011 Oh, awesome! The house really fits in well with the other commercial buildings Quote
