Aanchir Posted August 19, 2011 Posted August 19, 2011 "Witch Doctor has found new power to prevent the Heroes from stopping him. Rhinox has more strenght and speed than Raw-Jaw making him one of the strongest beasts on Quatros." Side Only builded out of Hero Factory's set "Scorpio" Love the feet and head. The torso is a little cluttered-looking and not all that formidable in appearance, but I guess that's just a consequence of working with limited pieces. The color scheme seems well-organized, and there are no extremely gappy areas I can see. Very nice work! Quote
toatyger Posted August 19, 2011 Posted August 19, 2011 That is awsome! I love everything about it! Quote
@l3x Posted August 19, 2011 Posted August 19, 2011 the only thing i don't like is that it's not rhinox from beast wars. really cool. Quote
CabooseBM Posted August 20, 2011 Posted August 20, 2011 Wow, I really like that head there, and I know I need to find a place to use those legs, really brilliant there. the only thing i don't like is that it's not rhinox from beast wars. really cool. Indeed, where are the Chainguns of Doom? =P Quote

I used to have a rhynosaurus that would xform into a robot, but I trade for something else (I forgot with who and for what ). Edited August 20, 2011 by Ro87n Quote
The Mugbearer Posted August 20, 2011 Posted August 20, 2011 (edited) Sparky, you are the one of the best! ^____^ Excellent beast, I already want it as a set. Edited August 20, 2011 by -N13OS- Quote
ZORK64 Posted August 20, 2011 Posted August 20, 2011 So I'm the third one who first thought of that Rhinox... but I'm currently flashed by Transformers, so yeah... Anyway, really cool MOC! Quote
Cap'n Kopaka Posted August 22, 2011 Posted August 22, 2011 I love that head. The wing-type quatro spikes or whatever those things are called are a nice addition too, but the use of that spike as a head is really clever. To be honest I like this guy's design more than I like Scorpio. A nice partner to Raw-Jaw. Quote
Sparky Posted August 22, 2011 Author Posted August 22, 2011 Sorry that some of you guys thought this was Rhinox from Beast Wars, I never saw Beast Wars so I didn't know about that name. Still I'm glad you guys liked the model Quote
MrSebi Posted September 15, 2011 Posted September 15, 2011 Awesome set, although I can't for the life of me figure out how you did the eyes. Quote
BrotherDog Posted September 17, 2011 Posted September 17, 2011 Nicely done. I'm guessing must be from plains as rhinoes aren't jungle creatures and nothing ever said all of Quatros was jungle. Quote
prateek Posted September 17, 2011 Posted September 17, 2011 Wow! This looks much better than the official model I like how you used the spikes for the eyes. Keep it up BTW, mind showing instructions/an exploded view so we can see how you made it? Quote
Toa Mark Surge Posted October 3, 2011 Posted October 3, 2011 I really like it, but I'm not 100% sure about the Green... Quote
coolkwins Posted January 15, 2013 Posted January 15, 2013 Nice idea of making a rhino, especially without an actual mold. Instead of the silver, should have used red. Quote
Cirkit Posted January 15, 2013 Posted January 15, 2013 Nice idea of making a rhino, especially without an actual mold. Instead of the silver, should have used red. I think the silver makes it appearance look rather striking. It's impressive for only using parts from one set. It looks like a Rhino in its general appearance, it's bulked-up and well covered(no huge gaps or anything), color scheme is great, and I like how the Quaza-spikes look here- they make it look exciting, and I imagine they would if one saw that beast charging at a foe.. so long as it wasn't charging at the one watching. I'm surprised I didn't comment on this earlier.. it's a great creation made from limited parts, and I really like that about it. Great job, Sparky. Quote
DraikNova Posted January 15, 2013 Posted January 15, 2013 It seems rather small though. I think I saw this at LEGOWorld two years ago, BTW. Quote
