Duvors Posted May 25, 2016 Posted May 25, 2016 I just laugh at the funny man's joke. "Hee, hee! You're funny. Have you been around here for a long time?" Throlar lowered his face into his hands, groaning softly. After a moment he looked up again."Yes, yes I have been here for a while, tell me, where are your parents? Do they know you're here?" He's actually just a kid, dude. Throlar gave him a pained look. "Yes," he said, "I can see that." Exactly, leave him alone. He got courage and the will to do good. That is all that matters. "Why? What have I done? Is it a crime to be worried about a child's safety?" Quote
Mencot Posted May 25, 2016 Posted May 25, 2016 He faced this sorrow by simply saying, "Goodbye," just as the last one to leave, Cree, had done. Timothy leaves Heroica Hall for good. Keliim watches from his seat when the satyr take and leaves the hall and thinks. "One more to leave so soon. Oh well, heroes life is not for everyone." And then he takes a sip from his mead. Quote
Palathadric Posted May 25, 2016 Posted May 25, 2016 I give Timothy a hug, and shake my head sadly as he goes. He would be missed. Throlar lowered his face into his hands, groaning softly. After a moment he looked up again. "Yes, yes I have been here for a while, tell me, where are your parents? Do they know you're here?" "I'm sorry good sir, are you in pain? Yes, my parents are quite aware of my being here. You see, I simply couldn't stick around at home any longer. There is too much else to do, you see? And so many people to help." Quote
dum Posted May 25, 2016 Posted May 25, 2016 Kid watches as Timothy leaves the hall. That's it, huh? Just gonna leave the hall as soon as you joined it? Just like you left us there to die in the pipes! He aggressively sips his drink. What the hell is the good of a Cleric who won't stay around to heal us? Throlar lowered his face into his hands, groaning softly. After a moment he looked up again. "Yes, yes I have been here for a while, tell me, where are your parents? Do they know you're here?" Holy shit. I never thought of that. He probably has parents somewhere. Throlar gave him a pained look. "Yes," he said, "I can see that." Kid shrugs. Didn't seem like it. Quote
Rider Raider Posted May 25, 2016 Posted May 25, 2016 (edited) "This definitely Heroica. Myths true." Blizzard signs up for Quest 151. Edited May 25, 2016 by Rider Raider Quote
Alfadas Posted May 26, 2016 Posted May 26, 2016 Torald watches as Tim leaves the Hall. He empties his pint. He looks up when the door opens again, and a fluffy-looking shape walks in. Who are you? And more importantly, what are you? Quote
Rider Raider Posted May 26, 2016 Posted May 26, 2016 "I Blizzard, a Yeti. I come from north to enjoy lovely south." Quote
Alfadas Posted May 26, 2016 Posted May 26, 2016 Alright, nice to meet you, Blizzard. My name is Torald Waruelf. I'm from the north myself, but probably not as far north as you. Care to join me for my favourite hobby? First drink's on me. Quote
Rider Raider Posted May 26, 2016 Posted May 26, 2016 "First drink on you? Aww, I knew free drinks too good to be true. But drink is still drink. Sure." Quote

Rider Raider Posted May 27, 2016 Posted May 27, 2016 (edited) After having a good drink with Torald, and finding out that the drinks really are free, Blizzard walks up to Erik Tyrvarr, if he is in the hall. "Hello helmet man. Is cup club for sale? I not have much shiny coins, but I can pay back later." Edited May 27, 2016 by Rider Raider Quote
Kintobor Posted May 27, 2016 Posted May 27, 2016 Annienal quietly makes her way back into the hall, closing the door as carefully as she can. Finding herself a seat at bar, she takes her cloak and helmet off, wiping the sweat off her brow. She orders a cold glass of cider before pulling out some polish and a cloth as she gets to work ensuring her armour is in top condition. Quote
Mencot Posted May 27, 2016 Posted May 27, 2016 While drinking his mead and watching people come and go, he sees the mystic knight Annie enter the hall. When she removes her helmet he is surprised to see that she is an elf, he had not seen her without her helmet before. "hmm, th't I couldst nay never guess ." He mutters to himself and continues drinking and watching people. Quote
Dragonfire Posted May 27, 2016 Posted May 27, 2016 The doors are flung open as Avalanche strides into the hall, his wickedly sharp halberd hung over his back and a bulging sack of various items, consumables and gold slung over his shoulder. His usually pristine white fur is stained and rumpled from the tiring but ultimately satisfying quest he has just completed. Gazing around the hall, he is surprised to spot a new-looking yeti in the corner, speaking to a few others. Making his way over to the group, he addresses his kinsman, "Greetings, brother. What has brought you this far south?" Quote

He looks as it walks up to "Blizzard" the other yeti in the hall and the big man thinks to himself "there is two of those, whatever they are." But what catches his eyes is Ezeran and his symbiote and he comments out load "wh't th' hell ist th't?" "Spot" his juvenile direwolf that was snoozing under the table opens its eyes to see what its master was reacting on. When it sees the symbiote it grins and lets out a load sound, Grrr ruff ruff Ruff "A demon!, Can I hunt it? Like we have trained?" Keliim calms the wolf, "QUIET. Remember wh't I told ye? Ye habt tae stay outside if ye canst behave! Altough thy be probably right 'bout th' deamon part but he ist a hero of th's hall 'nd looks loch a decent fellow." Edited May 27, 2016 by Mencot Quote

JimBee Posted May 27, 2016 Posted May 27, 2016 A messenger enters the Hall. Chosen Heroes: Ellaria Arbour, level 34 Alchemist *Party Leader* Kid Reddson, level 5 Ranger Ezeran Yavarr, level 14 Mage Petaldan Pafenius, level 11 Knight Goliath, level 1 Barbarian Hunkan Silvertoss, level 7 Rogue A note was left among the party selection, with instructions to meet at the city entrance to Zylstra at midday. dum Posted May 27, 2016 Posted May 27, 2016 Kid picks up his crossbow and finishes his drink. Welp, looks like I got another quest. He looks at the odd gathering of Yetis. Sorry I couldn't stay for your little, uh, family reunion, but I've got some shopping to do. Kid heads to the marketplace. Quote
Alfadas Posted May 27, 2016 Posted May 27, 2016 Good luck out there, everyone. Especially you, Ezeran. You don't have me backing you up now. Torald jokes, but deep inside it hurts to see his friend leave without him. I'll be waiting for you with a nice mulled wine. He raises his pint and watches everyone leave. Quote
