Merilel Dree walks into the hall quietly and looks around. Her bow and quiver hang across her back so her hands are free and at her sides. Seeing an imp carrying a mug of what seems to be tea from the steam rising from the cup, she makes her way to the bar.

"A mug of tea, please."

[Duvors]

"Well, sorry mates, I'm afraid I'll have to disappoint you."

Throlar swiftly left the hall for the appointed meeting place.

Grimwald trudges back into the Hall and signs up for Quest #118.

[Comrade Commander]

Darksten walks into the hall, takes a look at the measly quest options and signs up for quest #118 anyways . He then takes his usual seat at the booth in the back, starting to sort through his supplies

Warlen sighs heavily, then fixes up the note to update the information.

"If we can't find a few more members, this might be a bit difficult..."

He turned back to Lind.

"When the next list of sign ups is pinned onto the QuestBoard, We'll try to recruit some More heroes."

Hybros also noticed that Arthur had nonchalantly sat back down at his and Guts' table. "Hello again, Arthur." He took note of the items Arthur had laid out on the table, and watched the exchange with what appeared to be a Moon Elf. "Are you thinking of opening your own stall at the market? Eheh... well as long as you are selling items, would you be willing to part with that Hollow Dagger?"

Seeing how no one seemed to notice the imp, Hybros shrugged and returned to the bar for another cup of tea.

OOC: Sorry, first I missed this, and then I got busy.

"Hmm...it's been very useful to me in the past, but it might be for the right price. What would you have in mind to offer?"

As Grimwald passes by him, Arthur snags the gnome's robes.

"Grimwald! Good to see you! How've you been faring since our little foray into those mines, eh?" Arthur notices a familiar-looking jar that had fallen to the ground when he stopped the Sage, and as he picks it up to return it to Grimwald, he pauses. "Wait a tick...is this Bright Polish?" He looks back to the gnome. "Any chance you'd be willing to part with this? Would 120 Gold be enough, mayhaps?"

Darksten sees the half-elf move to the quest board and pin something there. Out of curiosity, the ranger repacks his belongings and moves to investigate. Seeing the offer to quest, he pauses thinking about what it would mean to take a break from the "paying" jobs normally offered. With a shrug he concludes that it couldn't hurt, and scribbles his name to the roster for the Field of Glory as well

The gnome chuckled when Arthur noticed the bright polish. "Interested are you? Yes of course, 120 gold would be just fine. How about yourself, hmm? Been keeping busy as well, I trust?"

Grimwald also notices the demonic-looking character trying to get him to join the Fields of Glory party. "Oh, you fellas would like my help? Sure, I'll sign my name up for that too!" Grimwald signs up for the Fields of Glory.

And it looks like they are both will to join the party. Warlen, are you still going to be the "party leader"? I just want to be sure no one else wanted to be "party leader".

That is excellence. It is not like I was going to drag any one out to the Fields of Glory with me.

I guess we should get one more "person" to go with us out to the Fields ... of Glory.

I just want to be sure no one else wanted to be "party leader".

"Although I will be glad to do my part to solve any issues we encounter, I am perfectly fine with following Master Warlen as the party leader."

Ooc: My schedule is a little bit over-loaded, so I'm more than fine with Warlen leading the group if you/he's up for it. If not, I'll do my best.

Ooc to everyone not in the first PM chain: I originally started organizing the FoG group in PM, but 103# ran over and Lind couldn't post the group sheet on the board, so The Chosen Minifigure did it for me.

Arthur sorts out the proper number of Gold coins and passes them on to the Sage. "Sounds fun, I'm a bit jealous. I wish my Quests were that simple...nowadays, it seems like everything I try ends up overcomplicated overnight."

"Take my last Quest, actually. We were supposed to guard some wine from a thief. It felt more like holding off an army, and half of them seemed to be a bunch of proselytizing Wolfgang thugs. To be honest, I kind of tuned them out after a few minutes. Still, it's nice to have helped the Shadeaux again." As Arthur speaks, he applies the Bright Polish to the Shadeaux Cloak, the fabric shimmering faintly as he fastens it back in place. "I'm hoping to do some work for them again in the future, actually--I got a letter from them two days ago, so tomorrow morning I'm off to the Chateau. Here's hoping it's a job they have in mind."

He grinned.

A brief shadow flitted over Lind's face, and his gaze drew distant for a moment.

"Aber Kraft allein nicht durchsetzen, und auch die größte Weisheit kann eine winzige Schwäche verpassen...," he quietly whispered, seemingly towards no one in particular, but yet subtly directed, as if trying to speak to people long gone away.

I approach the Ranger at the Quest Board, having seen a glimpse of some rare metal shining in his backpack.

"Master Darksten, allow me to introduce myself: Bartholomew Docken. I couldn't help but notice the glimmer of an Adamantite Shard in your pack, and I would like to make an offer for it:"

With my left hand, I hold out a sack containing 8 Lightning Bombs; with my right hand, I gently toss a large leather pouch containing 750 Gold.

Warlen couldn't avoid the question any longer.

"Where did you learn? I learned at the noble school at Rangiatea, under the watchful eye of may teachers."

Arthur notices a familiar figure enter the Hall, and smiles appreciatively.

"Master Docken!"

The Skirmisher approaches the one-eyed Warden, Unlucky Horseshoe in hand.

"I was just thinking about you. I'm going to be in the Hall for a while, and I can't use this thing anyway, so I figure I'd rather let a friend get some use out of it rather than have it mouldering away in my bag. Care to borrow my Unlucky Horseshoe for a Quest or two?"

[Comrade Commander]

Darksten is shocked as the senior veteran approaches him, and then his eyes bulge as the pile of loot is brought forward. He was tempted to ask for more, but some how he knew this amount was just right. He wasn't going to use the lump of adamamtite anyways...

"Done" He says as he hands over the shard and takes the offered bounty

Warlen couldn't avoid the question any longer.

"Where did you learn? I learned at the noble school at Rangiatea, under the watchful eye of may teachers."

Lind modestly shrugged and smiled.

"The Munchkins hide ourselves away in the Forest, but we spend that time studying anything and everything we can. True knowledge is the wealth that never diminishes, and can give a single man the strength of a thousand. With the assumption that it is properly applied, of course. In fact, a large part of my education was spent on studying exactly how to study. The rest was spent on learning various subjects, including a wide variety of known languages and dialects, such as der Māori.

I'm hardly an expert in any of them - at best, I could make myself understood, but I do like to think that I could probably communicate at least base ideas with anyone I may encounter. Any humanoids, at least."
