Kenghis Ghan Posted December 10, 2011 Posted December 10, 2011 Ouch... well, I guess I'll just... do the exact same thing again. Is it even possible for a barbarian to attack from the back row?" Quote

Kenghis Ghan Posted December 10, 2011 Posted December 10, 2011 OOC: Yes, just be half as much damage dealt and half recieved, but I'm going to count it as .5 health taken away. OOC: Maybe I should just attack from the front row, then. Quote

Kenghis Ghan Posted December 10, 2011 Posted December 10, 2011 "Yes! I, I mean we, did it!" "Well, Alf, since you made the dummies, I think you should get to decide who gets what." Quote
Flipz Posted December 10, 2011 Posted December 10, 2011 "Yes! I, I mean we, did it!" "Well, Alf, since you made the dummies, I think you should get to decide who gets what." -==IC: Arthur==- "I agree." Arthur smiles. His confidence in his spellcasting ability is growing. The dummies reminded him of something, though: he makes a mental note that if he ever gets a choice of any elemental gemstones, he should choose an Amethest before any other type so he can do extra damage to humanoids. posades Posted December 10, 2011 Posted December 10, 2011 IC: De'kra nods at the sign-up sheet, glad that at least one of the heroes from Quest 4 would be going to clean up the mess that they started. Silently De'kra felt anger towards himself for not volunteering, but at the same time he knew he needed to think over what had happened in Quest 4 before he could trust himself in battle again. But even as he knew the war would go on and he disliked himself for starting it, De'kra took into account that this war was microscopic. Many would die for sure, but this world was quite a bit bigger than Uland. The loss of life wasn't as terrible as it could be. But of course De'kra wouldn't ever dare consider a war unimportant, he knew all to well that unforeseen variables could easily change the fate of a conflict from the violent war to the apocalypse, the Ellf/Lion War just wasn't there yet. "I will try my best to rectify what we have caused," Xander proclaims, reassuring the shade with a solemn nod. He noticed the sign-up sheet included many first time heroes, but Xander was confident his party would prevail. Quote
Flipz Posted December 10, 2011 Posted December 10, 2011 -==IC: Arthur==- Arthur turns to Xander. "So, what advice would you give me before we get started? Oh, and have you stocked up at the Marketplace yet? I just finished the Quest 10 record book, and I think we want to bring along as many supplies as we can for this Quest." Quote

Sandy Posted December 10, 2011 Author Posted December 10, 2011 ~The Quest Board has been updated with a new quest (#20 by Username MDM)!~ Ellaria Arbour returned to the Heroica Hall after a long absence. With two quests on her belt, she felt she was now ready to take on new challenges. It felt good to know that her talents in healing were appreciated here, not shunned like in the village of Tumpkin. Sure, she had helped the villagers a lot, but she had always been treated with more fear than respect or admiration. She had just been a young girl with extraordinary powers, and not even she knew then that the powers came from Sylvania, the goddess of nature. But now that she knew what she was, she could accept it herself, and through that others accepted her. The cleric walked to the Quest Board, and saw that her good friend Alexis had signed up for one of the quests. It felt comforting that there would be someone she knew well in a quest she would participate in, so Ellaria signed up for Quest #18: The Storm. She then walked upstairs to Scheherazade's Saloon to meet the people there. Maybe she would even bump into Alexis. Quote
Tanma Posted December 10, 2011 Posted December 10, 2011 IC: De'kra wondered how Xander had realized what he was thinking, before deciding that the shade's body language told him. "I hope you time and Brobric Elves help you in quest," he clicked, before leaving the warrior to his own devices. De'kra still wasn't going to sign up for any quests just yet, the mistakes of Quest 4 were still strong in his mind. Though the memories of the past lessened that pain, they brought with them an even greater agony. But hopefully that would soon pass. As De'kra looked around and spotted the red clothed cleric from before, it's body movements much more confident. "Well come cleric," he clicked, "you quests were successful?" Quote
