Quick advice needed!

Hi guys!

I'm in need of a quick advice.

I can only get one out of the following Lego sets from a local store (I'm in another town today and I won't be coming back here for months.) All of the below sets are difficult to find here in Brazil (at least in the region where I live) - and they are equally hard to come by.

So which one should I get:

* 3221 Lego truck

* 7287 Police Boat

* 4644 Marina

Prices aside, this is the first time I've ever seen the Lego truck in a Brazilian toy store. I've seen the Police Boat, but it's not that common a sight. This was the first time I ever saw the Marina here in Brazil, but it's a brand new set and I guess I can get it this year or maybe sometime in the next two years.

Each and every word of advice is welcome.

I would go for the LEGO truck. It is a great set.

I have 4 of them plus 4 of the Toys R Us version.

LEGO are always bringing out Police boats and the Marina will be around for at least 2 years.

'Allen' is right 'Artifex', go for the truck....it's 2010, which means it might not be around as long as the others. After the truck, then buy your police boat and marina.

Though not necessarily for all the same reasons.

The police boat... they are a dime a dozen.... if you dont have a couple now, you'll be able to get them in the future or

cheap off ebay.

The marina, is new, and in my opinion, you could come up with something better for the most part. Sure the surfer dude is

cool, but I think overall, for the most part the harbor sets are a letdown.

The city truck on the otherhand, even the "generic yellow" truck is designed very nicely and very cool.

GO With the Truck. Its a no-brainer.

I'd go for the marina... To me, is the most "flexible" set of the three and the one with most playability... Just my two cents. :)

I'd have to go with the Lego Truck: its a good build and its more unique.

The close second would be the Marina: its been a long time since Lego has done one and its a pretty good design, for what it is.

I wouldn't even worry about the police boat. We get a police boat every ~4 years (even more often when it comes to fire boats). I was sad when I missed the one in '06 (or was it '07) and when I was finally getting serious about bricklinking it, the next one was announced.

'Just came back from the toy store - I got the Lego Truck! I got it for all the above reasons and now I just can't wait to get back home and have it deliver Lego goodies all over my town!

I'll see what I'll do about the Police Boat and the Marina - I'll end up getting those two sets too, for they sort of just got to the Brazilian stores.
