AnthonyFallen Posted August 3, 2011 Posted August 3, 2011 Hi everyone! I'm actually trying to make a more accurate movie version of the Mad-Eye Moody figure from Harry and the Hungarian Horntail. I already got the original minifigure from Bricklink: And I also got the new mid-lengh hairpiece for men, also from Bricklink. Now I intend to buy a Dark Tan trenchcoat from MMCB but there is one thing that I'm wondering. I can't see the difference between the type 1: And type 2: Thanks for helping me about this! Oh and by the way, the site is apparently closed... Any idea on when it will be reopened? Quote
Raider Posted August 4, 2011 Posted August 4, 2011 I think type 2 looks better and i believe it is opened up again on the 12th of August Quote
mmcb Posted August 4, 2011 Posted August 4, 2011 Style 1 has a slit up the back allowing for a little more flexibility with leg movement. Style 2 does not have the slit. As Raider pointed out (and as is stated on my Site Status/Messages page), I will be re-opening my site around the 12th August. Taking a breather for a week. MMCB Quote
AnthonyFallen Posted August 4, 2011 Author Posted August 4, 2011 Wow thanks you two :P! I guess that I could not have had a better answer than from MMCB's admin himself! ^ Quote
Flobnomdob Posted September 17, 2011 Posted September 17, 2011 Ah, good. I was wondering when someone would use that hairpeice for Moody. I would rather use the slitted trenchcoat if it was my choice, I'm sure I remember him wearing something like that... Quote
