Vindice Posted August 3, 2011 Posted August 3, 2011 Hi all, not sure if this is against protocol to suggest this but with the HP line probably winding down, does anyone think we should give it a right royal send off? The HP moc competition last year was awesome and some people did some unbelievable MOC's. I was too busy unfortuantely to take part but would have loved to. What about a little competition with slightly different rules? I'd love to see people making a MOC of different classrooms or areas of Hogwarts Castle and it's surrounding areas. It doesn't have to have prizes, we could all do it just for the love of the franchise. no brick limit and custome pieces allowed! What does everyone and (Mods of course!)think? Quote

A superhero comp will be excellent when the sets are released. Quote

A superhero comp will be excellent when the sets are released. If it is indeed winding down (would be a shame as there's still loads of scope for HP) then a big MOC comp would be great. But I say to TLG "KEEP POTTER ALIVE", but feel free to drop Pirates..! Quote

If only they would, can you imagine the shock if they unveil a whole new wave for the winter, add on sets for the castle and a UCS style Ministry of Magic! until then, keep on MOC'ing friend. Quote

The Real Walkers Posted August 4, 2011 Posted August 4, 2011 Why don't we wait until November. That way we'll get the release of the new DVD and possibly the game. Both of which could be prizes. And don't forget to include MODs (now I know what they are ) I have a few ideas yet. But great idea!!! Harry Potter needs a good send off Quote
