Technic Challenge August 2011 - Isn't it obvious?!

Usually at the beginning of the month Lego usually hint what type of vehicle the following month's compeition will be on on their blog. However, this month there wasn't - or was there.... It came to my attention that the first post of July is about the Unimog!! Its possible that the august comp will be an offroad comp with the chance to win the unimog and also fits in perfectly with the release of the unimog! This is great considering the unimog is quite expensive and is also a much more engaging comp! It also fit in perfectly considering the unimog releases in august! only problem is the unimog is a big set and im not sure TLG will just give it away like that....... anyway, it would be awesome!! what do you think????

I doubt that TLG would have such an expensive set as the August 2011 Lego Technic Challenge prize, especially since there is some doubt whether it will even be officially released by August 1st. The prizes webpage discusses the October Finale when the "The Complete 2011 LEGO® Technic Novelty Assortment" will be offered -- "This is all models from the LEGO Technic line that are new and have been launched in 2011."

which was exactly why i said big set and had my doubts, but in a perfect world it would be great! it may just turn out to be another extreme cruiser as a prize
