Hello all! I have a brand new copy of set LIT2010: Cars and need to sell it to fund a Lego project.

This is a exclusive gift given to the guests of the 2010 Inside Tour . There have been only 33 numbered copies of this set produced and I am about to sell #27. When the Inside Tour guests recieved their sets, not all of the copies were signed by Lego product designer Steen Sig Anderson. Below are some additional images...

My question is: How much would you be prepared to pay for this set? (Remember, there are only 33 copies of this set in the world, it is signed by the designer of this set, the packaging and instructions are not creased or damaged in any way and came in a removable sleeve but the bags are still factory-sealed)

Many thanks,

TheKingOfBuilding

Do you have a picture of the actual set your selling? since the set you say your selling (# 27) does not match the set pictured (# 13).

Also whats the condition of the box? and the set is it sealed or not? is it complete or not? these are questions people need to know.

I will update and take photos of my copy and it's condition as soon as possible. The thing I wanted to know is a rough idea of a price serious Lego collectors would pay. Before I take the photos, here is the general information: The box has a slide-on sleeve , has no creases or tears, the bags for the models are factory sealed, the instructions are in perfect condition with no bends or creases and overall the set is just like I recieved it. I understand your point that you need proof that I have the set so I will update the post with more accurate imformation.

Well the pics and the information now should help you get the information you wanted since most collector's could not even give you a ball park figure on an unknown condition item, wish you luck.

Also it was not a matter of proof, but a matter of condition since collectors are a finicky lot.

I had always been under the impression that when you go on the Lego inside tour, you have to sign a big sheet of various things, including not telling people about anything special you see, and you had to agree not ot sell this set?

Mabye they've changed that, but it may be worth checking out, you wouldn't want to annoy TLG..:tongue:
