Sokratesz Posted July 24, 2011 Posted July 24, 2011 (edited) I bought a large lot of 12v trains last month and among them was this peculiar train car: It looks just like the 7819 mail van from LEGO but as far as I know it is not an original LEGO model. Any ideas? Or is it a really nice MOC that I happened to stumble upon? - Sok. Edited July 24, 2011 by Sokratesz Quote
JopieK Posted July 24, 2011 Posted July 24, 2011 The wheels are from the crane! I'll look up the number. This is a custom set (at least part of it!). Crane set: 7823 Post set: 7819 Quote

Crane set: 7823 Post set: 7819 Ah, 'Jopiek' you are only half right, that postal wagon is part of an 1985 4.5v train set....set no. 7722 ! The axles are meant to be black not red, so you must be right about that. Brick On ! Quote
Sokratesz Posted July 24, 2011 Author Posted July 24, 2011 And here I thought I had checked all the train sets on peeron for it :) Nice find. I have both this one and 7819, and I want to sell one and use the other with my 7740, but I don't know which one to keep! - Sok. Quote
Brickaroo Posted July 24, 2011 Posted July 24, 2011 hehe, I was going to say that my signature is a dead giveaway. Quote
JopieK Posted July 24, 2011 Posted July 24, 2011 Well, 7722 indeed :) sorry about that... was a bit sleepy I guess, but the wheels with red pins are definately from the car of the container terminal. Quote
