LegoBen Posted July 19, 2011 Posted July 19, 2011 (edited) Guys, I was not sure where to post this and if it's already been posted I don't want to take credit for it either. I was reading an article on a site that I visit everyday and it's about a guy building a custom PC case for his new PC build. The catch is that the case was made out of Lego's! Check it out. Pretty cool stuff. Custom Lego PC Case Edited July 19, 2011 by LegoBen Quote
Big Cam Posted July 19, 2011 Posted July 19, 2011 This was featured yesterday on either gizmodo or engadget. It's also an impressive computer behind that wall of MIB colored LEGO. Oh, and the general forum would have been the place for this. Quote
Brickdoctor Posted July 19, 2011 Posted July 19, 2011 Quite nice. Though personally, I would've gone with a Technic skeleton instead of all those stacked bricks. Deeplinked pic: Quote
melrows Posted July 24, 2011 Posted July 24, 2011 Cool. I really like the worker minifig he has living in it! Quote
Dazmundo Posted July 26, 2011 Posted July 26, 2011 (edited) Not as well built as that one, but Google started with a Lego (Duplo) computer too! Click pic for more info. I'm guess this has probably been posted before but I thought that it fit into this thread well. D Edited July 27, 2011 by Dazmundo Quote
gtg905s Posted July 27, 2011 Posted July 27, 2011 It is great looking and talk about built to fit your custom setup, lol I am surprised that we don't see more of these awesome cases. All the PC Case modders out there sculpting cases out of all different kinds of mediums, but not Lego as much. We all love Lego here and we all have computes :-/ Now how many of people build their PC's? Then making a SFF case out of Lego would be a fun MOC. I am a Mac guy ;-) Quote
Masked Builder Posted July 27, 2011 Posted July 27, 2011 I am a Mac guy ;-) At some point in time, there was a Mac computer case built. Let me see if I can find it. Edit: Found it! Well I can't seem to embedd it so here's a . Quote
gtg905s Posted July 27, 2011 Posted July 27, 2011 That is an awesome build! But that is definitely a Hackintosh computer :-/ Quote
