tchuk-norst Posted July 15, 2011 Posted July 15, 2011 OK, here is my latest Steampunk vehicle. This is the full view, here it is again in a cool sepia effect. I hope you guys don't mind all the posting I've done recently, but I made all of these consecutively. Quote
LEGO Guy Bri Posted July 15, 2011 Posted July 15, 2011 Excellent MOC 'tchuk-norst' looks like the SP version of a pod racer. Love all the funky parts used in it's design. Keep up the great work Quote
Brickdoctor Posted July 15, 2011 Posted July 15, 2011 Very nice work. It's great to see the progress in your parts usage as you post all these in a row. The steampunky greebling is well done here. Quote
Hoboman Posted July 15, 2011 Posted July 15, 2011 Not sure I like this one. I think it is the "Hang on for dear life" element of how you left the pilot hanging. Your others seemed better to me. What I really do love though, is your period photos. They do give the MOC a nice feel and help present the tone or theme very well. Quote

I was giving it a whimsical feel, of course this would never work as a form of transportation. Quote
Henchmen4Hire Posted December 10, 2011 Posted December 10, 2011 That design is ludicrous! Love it! Quote
Rocketbilly Posted December 10, 2011 Posted December 10, 2011 The way the figure is just left to hang off the vehicle as it powers forwards is brilliant, I love building things like this, it's always so much fun. Who really needs seats really? they just add weight and make things look cluttered! nice use of those huge wheel pieces and the engine blocks for intakes! Quote
Brickmamba Posted December 12, 2011 Posted December 12, 2011 nice racer, i reckon the driver a seat or something to brace him in Quote
