I suppose I should begin by saying Hello, since I'm really new here, Hello.

Now that that's out of the way, this is my most recent creation and I will be following up with some others I've done in the past, just never posted them here before. Thanks Rufus, you made my day.

For those about to mech, we salute you

I am very sorry for my lack of picture taking skills, though I do get by, my ultimate goal is to provide you with a fine Lego stop motion. Some of you may seem familiar with this model, it was fashioned after a movie, can you guess which one?

The parts I used are self explanatory, though some of you may be asking about the elastic bands

Some of the parts I used did not give the model the sturdiness I had hoped for, so the elastic bands came in real handy, and in my opinion, even added something to the model, socks perhaps...tensor bandage as a result from sustaining injury in a great battle?

I felt our hero needed a ride, since he now walks with a limp, so a chopper was the only way to go, it's simple in design, yet serves the rider well.

It takes only seconds for our rider to jump on and jump off, though the pics may not be to my liking, I am indeed happy with my first real mech attempt.

Not bad! :classic: Your creation almost seems like it could transform and combine with the chopper to form some unusual construction vehicle.

I'm afraid I don't know what movie you're talking about, but your model does look a little familiar. Perhaps if you tell me what the movie is, it'll jog my memory. :smug:
