lightningtiger Posted June 27, 2011 Posted June 27, 2011 One word.....AWESOME ! I really like the black and yellow body work on the car.....I wonder why I like it ? Excellent designing 'de-marco' and Brick On Drive On ! Quote
GabryS Posted June 27, 2011 Posted June 27, 2011 (edited) Very, very nice car. It really suits the scale. Edited June 27, 2011 by GabryS Quote
L@go Posted June 27, 2011 Posted June 27, 2011 That's a remarkable amount of detail for such a small scale. I particularly like the removable top. Did you have any particular car in mind when building this? Quote
Alexgri Posted June 27, 2011 Posted June 27, 2011 Nice car! Where can I find those wheels? And what Lego Code/name do they have? Thanks :) Quote
Bricks2000 Posted June 27, 2011 Posted June 27, 2011 Fantastic creation, De-marco! Compact, yet detailed. Quote
apemax Posted June 27, 2011 Posted June 27, 2011 Very good muscle car de-marco. That colour goes very well with the design of the car. Well done. Quote
XimenaPaulina Posted June 27, 2011 Posted June 27, 2011 I admire the various clever techniques you've employed in this muscle car de-marco, particularly the combination of the 4-wide top with the 5-wide body. The racing stripes color scheme looks really cool too. Very good work! Quote
LEGO Guy Bri Posted June 27, 2011 Posted June 27, 2011 Another great muscle car 'de-marco'. Excellent choice of color a great idea for the tail pipes. Keep up the great work Quote
Fuzzylegobricks Posted June 27, 2011 Posted June 27, 2011 Wonderful work here on the car! I love the front detailing on the grill and your great scaling. Quote
Aanchir Posted June 28, 2011 Posted June 28, 2011 Lovely design! The sleekness and level of detail is beautiful! I love five-wide vehicles, but it's hard to build one using the conventions of today's sets-- in part because there is no suitable replacement for that wonderful four-wide windscreen you used on this MOC with current hinge styles. Also, obviously, five-wide cars often tend to need a complex interior structure to work effectively. Out of curiosity, how sturdy is this model? This is a wonderful MOC that really demonstrates how much detail can be packed into a car that still looks a moderate size on LEGO roads. It's far more advanced than the vehicles in today's City sets or yesterday's. I applaud you for this wonderful design! Quote
ScoutTroopy Posted June 29, 2011 Posted June 29, 2011 great design, this really brought a smile to my face... especially considering that i was listening to black and yellow when i stumbled upon it Quote
Out of Sight Posted June 30, 2011 Posted June 30, 2011 (edited) The black stripes over yellow reminds me of a famous musclecar, the Hemi Cuda. How about a wider rear and narrower front wheels, for that pronounced 'pro-street' look. I always love traffic light drag races Edited June 30, 2011 by Out of Sight Quote
