Here is a short stop motion film i made. I have not done any stop motion before this year so it is all new to me.

Let me know what you think.

Vimeo

The Vimeo link is slightly better quality.

Thanks

I myself haven't ever done a brickfilm, so I'm no expert about them, but the I like the fact it's very fluent.

Also the content is quite funny and the sounds fit well into the situations and are a great additition.

My personal favourite test was the katana cut.

So, overall, well done. Keep up brick-flicking!

Dude that was awesome. Funny i came on the site to post something i just made, or well the start of something i'm working on. Behold someone using the same sets i was lol.

Slowly working on it. Soo what programe do you use? I can't find a free program that will let me do better then 10 fps, need to get up in the 15/20, any suggestions? I use a mac.

I just watched yours, your idea to simulate smoke works really well, good job. I don't have any experience on macs, I use monkeyjam for frame capture but I import the stills into movie maker live in windows7 to compile. I think it does a better job than monkeyjam at producing clips. In movie maker live you can reduce the frame duration for each still down to .03sec. I use .04 which is approx 24fps.

I'm still starting out and haven't decided if i'm going to get better software yet.
