Cafe by Gregorovich9, on Flickr

After seeing so many other amazing cafe MOC's, I wanted to make my own. However, I wanted mine to be different. I made it tall and thin, rather than small and wide. I think it looks quite good with all it's windows.

The entrance has lights and a striped canopy. I wanted to add a sign, but I couldn't find a way to do so without preventing the door from opening.

The first floor window dominates the building. This is mainly because it meant I had to use less parts  .

The second floor window and the railing on the roof.

The interior. It's a pretty tight fit, but I think I managed to fit quite a lot in.

The kitchen and serving area. There's cupboards, a fridge with food, a fruit bowl, a till and a coffee machine.

The first floor dining room. Due to the small space a a lack of parts, I could only fit in 2 tables and 3 chairs. I'm sorry about this particularly bad photo  .

On the second floor is an office and storage room. This is where the owner keeps track of finances and stores the items.

Finally, on the roof is a nice little private garden. There is various plants and flowers plus a bucket.

Comments and criticism are more than welcome as usual, but, also as usual, I can't improve it as it's already destroyed.

Thanks for looking and any comments!

Very Nice, simple, elegant, I lot of detail crammed in an 8x8. Amazing.

Thank you, LegoCityMann! I don't think mine is as good as your drive-through with the gigantic coffee mug sign, but I'm glad you like it :sweet: .

Nice coffee shop, Gregorovich! The first floor is brilliant, and the roof garden is a nice touch!

Seeing LCM's coffee shop and your cafe makes me wonder if I should post my own restaurant MOC!

Thank you! The ground floor is also my favourite - in fact it's really the only floor I think looks quite good!

I think you should try and make a restaurant MOC. There's not been a lot of them recently, and I'm sure it would be great.

Thanks again!

Excellent Idea 'Gregorovich', you have packed alot into 8 x 8 eh ?

I feel it's the bay window which sells it the most.....good designing and excellent use of parts. :classic:

Got any more like this planned ?

Brick On 'Gregorovich' !

Thanks, lightningtiger!

I actually do have some more 8x8 MOC's planned. I was considering a house (but not too sure on that, as it would need to be really tall to get all the rooms inside!), an Sci-Fi alien autopsy station, and the final part of the Midnight Heist trilogy (though I'm not giving away what that is yet!)

Thanks again!
