horizon Posted June 8, 2011 Posted June 8, 2011 So... now the kids "promoted" from Duplo to Lego it was time to bring out my own '80's lego. After rebuilding old spaceships and castles to see if every brick was still available to me it was the starting of the Ninjago theme by my kids a trigger happened to build something for those coloured ninja's. Ended up being a small castle-house. Not perfect but suited to play. An interior will be added. As said, it was my first own lego creation (did a heck of lot duplo last years) since 20 years ago! ZO6 Posted June 8, 2011 Posted June 8, 2011 Good to hear that you and your children are enjoying Lego! Neat design. Good to see that it has a hinged wall for easier access to the interior, and that it has a staircase to the second story. Quote
Hoboman Posted July 5, 2011 Posted July 5, 2011 I think it turned out well. Dad and son should have fun with it. Quote
horizon Posted July 5, 2011 Author Posted July 5, 2011 Thanks. :) Yup, and daughter. Thing has now interior as well. I'll try to update the pictures soon. Quote
LandShark Posted August 7, 2011 Posted August 7, 2011 This has a very classic feel to it, and the hinged wall makes it look like a real set from back in the early days of Lego... I hope your kids enjoy it! Quote
