Delta62 Posted June 2, 2011 Posted June 2, 2011 (edited) Hey guys, I'm back. It has been a busy month for me due to getting ready for college in the fall. But setting that aside I have taken the time to finally upload one of my old mocs. I made this a few months ago but never got arround to posting it until yesterday. As you can see I took a break from steampunk and went with something from the future with a taste of classic. And thus forth, a Classic Ferrari Air Speeder was born. I was inspired by the Ferrari which happens to be one of my favorite cars and decided to transform it into an Air Speeder. Other than that, it was a fun build. The doors open and you can fit two mini figs inside the open cockpit. I'm still having trouble deeplinking the pictures because I'm using a windows vista pc. Anyways... Heres the link, Enjoy! XimenaPaulina Posted June 2, 2011 Posted June 2, 2011 I'm still having trouble deeplinking the pictures because I'm using a windows vista pc. Anyways... Heres the link, Enjoy! There I've deeplinked the photos for you. This is a great air speeder, I simply love the overall SNOT build and the racing stripes color scheme. Very well done! Quote
Delta62 Posted June 2, 2011 Author Posted June 2, 2011 Thanks for deeplinkng them for me and glad you liked the speeder. Quote
-zenn Posted June 2, 2011 Posted June 2, 2011 (edited) Very sleek front end, love those 'windows' you've used. The backend has some nice lines as well. But I think the sides need some more attention, they look rather dull and flat compared to the rest. Edited June 2, 2011 by -zenn Quote
Delta62 Posted June 2, 2011 Author Posted June 2, 2011 Yeah, there was a reason for that lol. I ran out of red and white peices. Quote
Ceroknight Posted June 5, 2011 Posted June 5, 2011 It's a lovely speeder, but I don't see the Ferrari in it, I see a quite accurate Mustang GT500 though Quote
Blackknight112 Posted June 5, 2011 Posted June 5, 2011 Nice airspeeder. It has a sleek look to it. Good job Quote
gcanik Posted June 6, 2011 Posted June 6, 2011 Very cool design, I like the separate windshields instead of one piece and the striping effect. Looks like it would also fit in well on Coruscant in the Star Wars universe. Quote
lightningtiger Posted June 6, 2011 Posted June 6, 2011 Nice air speeder 'Delta62', true I also feel it looks more like a Mustang. Great work and Brick On Fly On ! Quote
FishHead Posted June 6, 2011 Posted June 6, 2011 It's a lovely speeder, but I don't see the Ferrari in it, I see a quite accurate Mustang GT500 though That was the very first thing I thought, too. Very nice job, however. Excellent technique. Quote
Delta62 Posted June 10, 2011 Author Posted June 10, 2011 Thanks, glad you guys liked it. Yeah, I do see a resemblence of the mustang in it too. I thought about the mustang but weht with Ferrari instead. Quote
