Solscud007 Posted May 30, 2011 Posted May 30, 2011 My friend used LDD 4.0 a couple months ago and ordered his model via Lego's online system direct thru LDD. Yet it hasnt shown up yet. Does it normally take this long? He is in the USA so it is not a question of remote country with little to no TLG support. Quote
Calabar Posted May 30, 2011 Posted May 30, 2011 Did he contact the TLG customer care? One of the best I ever deal with. Quote
Fuzzylegobricks Posted May 31, 2011 Posted May 31, 2011 No worries until next month. I order from them all the time and it usually takes 4 months, yes terrible wait. Quote

legoboy3998 Posted June 1, 2011 Posted June 1, 2011 I am in the US and use PAB and its about 2 weeks, 3 at most. Anything over a month and Id call customer service. I never order through DBM, WAY TOO EXPENSIVE. Sal WFB, WI Quote
Superkalle Posted June 1, 2011 Posted June 1, 2011 Can anyone confirm that it really takes so long time to get a DbM-model? Has anyone gotten a model quicker (like in weeks)? Quote
DLuders Posted June 1, 2011 Posted June 1, 2011 (edited) @ Solscud007: Recommend contacting TLG's Customer Service (via e-mail, or (better yet) by telephone: "For assistance in English, call us toll free at 1-800-838-9647. We are available Monday - Friday 8 am to 10 pm. Saturday & Sunday 10 am to 6 pm EST." There is no way it should take several months to get a DesignByMe set. See the Terms: "Shipping Times: USA -- min 15 days, max 21 days" I don't know what the "normal" turnaround time is, but I got two overseas Pick-A-Brick orders filled in about a week. Have your Lego Order Number ready so that they can track it down. Edited June 1, 2011 by DLuders Quote
