The reason they are not yet available is that Lego didn't fully transfer the instructions to an HTML format, or they might have had problems uploading them to their portal. If someone was the type of person that does that kind of stuff, they would probably already know of other sites that would have the instructions available. So this wouldn't prevent such sales by any useful amount. Of course, it's always possible this was LEGO's plan, but they just overlooked that. Quote
