Brickdoctor Posted June 29, 2011 Posted June 29, 2011 I will have to give that a try. I have been having trouble getting jumpers off from the middle of a plate or large brick (easy when it's on the edge of course). Brick separators do work on jumper plates. Quote
Darkdragon Posted June 29, 2011 Posted June 29, 2011 Brick separators do work on jumper plates. I have trouble getting it to work on jumper plates. Could just be me though. Quote
Omicron Posted July 1, 2011 Posted July 1, 2011 (edited) Question for the guys who use the Dremel Tool: Do you use any kind of vise or do you just hold the parts by hand? I use my hands with caution. I would use a vice but I do not have one and I personally like to have complete control of the part. And I have had some close shaves. :P Also anyone who uses a dremel should always use extreme caution. -Omi Edited July 1, 2011 by Omicron Quote
Zeya Posted July 1, 2011 Posted July 1, 2011 Does anyone have a good tool and technique for applying stickers? I see people mentioning tweezers... I put together my Creator Lighhouse Island set recently, and they have these reflective stickers that go on a slope piece. I botched it up so it's even going off the top edge of the slope. I don't want this to happen again, especially with a more noticeable stickered part like an outside castle wall or something. Quote
Dazmundo Posted July 2, 2011 Posted July 2, 2011 Does anyone have a good tool and technique for applying stickers? I see people mentioning tweezers... I have never used any tools up until this week when I was assembling Emerald Night as it had clear stickers and I didn't like getting my finger prints on them so I used a pair of Vinyl Weeding Tweezers I usually use them when making cut vinyl stickers but they were great for the Lego stickers D Quote
