Here is Lego's description:

The Community Engagement & Communication team have asked us to share the May 2011 Public Survey with our members, so please take a moment to fill out the latest survey & let them know what you think ...There are a couple of issues with the wording & functionality (particularly on the "How would you rate your satisfaction with the following ..." page, which won't let you select the same response for different questions, so be aware), but please do your best to fill it out. Some feedback from the CEC team about the last survey -

"In the last survey, we found the following results:

  • We found a regional difference in our ratings as the rating in US/Canada are higher than in EU and Asia
  • The results show that many don’t feel like sharing information with others about the hobby as those that are interested in the hobby are already in the hobby
  • Quality and customer service were given high marks by the respondents
  • Only half the respondents noted that they belong to a LUG"

Thanks to Brickset for the news!

I just took the survey. I'm a bit disappointed that it has some problems with it, though. For instance, the question that asks you to rate various aspects of LEGO's products and fan involvement from 1-10 has it so you have to mark just one space in each row, but also just one space in each column. Thus, you can't rate more than one category with a 10, leading to results that in my case skew negative (I do not think this was intentional). Additionally, the question asking about your level of satisfaction phrases the answers as how likely you are to recommend the brand, which seems to be a logical disconnect. I hope that they don't draw any incorrect conclusions from the results of this survey.

I had the same problem, but when I clicked on my other screen (yes, I have to screens), and clicked back on internet, it worked. :sceptic:

At the end of my survey about the community aspect, I suggested that we could have Lego employees post directly on community websites such as eurobricks.com. Basically I just want to hear more from TLG directly in lieu of news coming from third parties. That was my suggestion there.

I didn't have that problem. I rated a couple rows with the same number value and it was fine.

Had the same issue. Thus I was forced to lower my answer in two cases.

Same problem but did find that if you click on your second screen, (Not the one that has the internet openned on.) then it worked fine when you went back to it. I had to do this for each line though. A bit of a pain but not excessively so.
