-GZ- Posted May 19, 2011 Posted May 19, 2011 This is my quite unrealistic model made for old fantasy Vikings theme) Nearly a century ago, Vikings terrorized the Castle Kingdom. Today their last mountain fortress here is attacked by the knights army... Even more images on the Russian LUG website: http://www.doublebrick.ru/mocs/zelenyi-zaktan/poslednyaya-bitva-za-kholm Quote
lightningtiger Posted May 19, 2011 Posted May 19, 2011 Excellent MOC '-GZ-', I love that missile in flight going though the window ! Plenty of action and detail.....who won the battle though really ? Brick On '-GZ-' ! Quote
Gabe Posted May 20, 2011 Posted May 20, 2011 Interesting. What is that giant rocky outcrop piece on top of the structure? It looks like a Megabloks piece... Quote
-GZ- Posted May 20, 2011 Author Posted May 20, 2011 No, in fact it is a LEGO piece from BIONICLE playsets and Coast Guard Tower set.. http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItem.asp?P=53588 Usage of this part was one of the main ideas of the MOC. Quote
LEGO Guy Bri Posted May 20, 2011 Posted May 20, 2011 Neat MOC 'GZ' Neat alternative us of that giant rock piece. Definitely a neat scene here Quote
XimenaPaulina Posted May 20, 2011 Posted May 20, 2011 I also initially thought that that BURP is Megablocks, so it is really interesting to know that it is indeed a LEGO piece. It does work well for its intended purpose in this build. Quote
Peanuts Posted May 20, 2011 Posted May 20, 2011 I didn't know TLG had done such a piece, seems like I don't know jack about Bionicle anymore... Well, nice MOC though. I really like the way you did the missile. Although I'd suggest to choose another flag on the top, the Chinese one doesn't look very Vikingish in my eyes, otherwise than the felicitously built structure. Quote

Ooh, cool! I've never seen that baseplate before. Sorry about the Megabloks slur, and well played! Quote
