Technic Super 8mm Projector

Ok guys. I used to splice 2 million feet of film a year at a telecine transfer studio. We deal with camera questions and projector questions all the time.

Anyway I thought this is awesome but have no idea how to make one. I can sort of see the elements but dont have enough knowledge of a projector to make one. I know about gates and claws but how does that translate to lego technic pieces?
