KotZ Posted May 10, 2011 Posted May 10, 2011 For some reason, I've always like the speederbike in set 8084, but never had a desire to pick up the set. So I just sat down and built my own copy, but came up with a better idea: a Sith Speederbike with some attachments. You can tell I like my speederbike with some more weaponry. I couldn't find my Episode III Anakin torso for the Sith so this will have to do. It has a holster for a lightsaber on both sides of the controls. (I also seem to not own any black alien arms, so ignore that ) The back: And it comes with a "carseat" to hold the little Force-sensitive children he can spirit away to train. He looks like a happy kid... Besides the arms, I happy with how the MOD came out. What do you guys think? Quote
Blackknight112 Posted May 10, 2011 Posted May 10, 2011 Haha, i love the car seat. I must admit, the speederbike does feel a bit rushed, some colours (like the white robot arm) seem a bit out of place. But stil a good job. Quote
KotZ Posted May 11, 2011 Author Posted May 11, 2011 Thanks. Yeah, it was slightly rushed as I built it within one night and the robot arm was all I could find, so I was a little bummed. Thanks so! Quote
Praiter Yed Posted May 11, 2011 Posted May 11, 2011 How come you didn't enter this in the contest? Quote
KotZ Posted May 11, 2011 Author Posted May 11, 2011 I originally made this for the contest, but when I finished, I thought that a mod wouldn't do to well in a contest, or it would be disqualified. Quote
Solscud007 Posted May 11, 2011 Posted May 11, 2011 It might not win but it doesnt hurt to enter it in. The bike seems a little too big. The color scheme actually reminds be of Blacktron II. Black, white and trans neon green. Quote
KotZ Posted May 13, 2011 Author Posted May 13, 2011 Blacktron? I actually never thought of that, but I do like that thought, Solcud007. And if I was going to enter it, do I need to make a new post in Watto's Junkyard, or would a mod (most likely KimT) move it? Quote
Stephen C. Posted May 14, 2011 Posted May 14, 2011 Very cool! This is the kind of MOC I like: small with a lot of character. Quote
