Bob Posted May 9, 2011 Author Posted May 9, 2011 I agree with searching the ship, but suggest I always go first when entering a new room; if Dolores really does love me, then she won't harm/shoot me upon sight. Patrick enters the first floor of the Lakota. Suddenly, there's a large splash from the bridge, on the balcony. The group races up, but Dolores and Krista have long since swam away, utilizing their extensive training.
CorneliusMurdock Posted May 9, 2011 Posted May 9, 2011 Well, darn. At least we caught the inspector... Where do you think they'll go?
CMP Posted May 9, 2011 Posted May 9, 2011 I'd like to take the inspector's gun. Why'd I give them mine? Damn you God and your cruel impulsive actions. Well, in any case, surely Stanley must catch them.
Brickdoctor Posted May 9, 2011 Posted May 9, 2011 My ghost would like to know if this means I can't chat in this thread anymore.
Bob Posted May 10, 2011 Author Posted May 10, 2011 My ghost would like to know if this means I can't chat in this thread anymore. "The Ghost Of Liebenston is here to haunt us!" the Congressman shouts. Yes, you cannot post here.
The Legonater Posted May 10, 2011 Posted May 10, 2011 I'd like to grab a crate from the boat and throw it at Delores. If that fails, I'll jump into the water after them.
CorneliusMurdock Posted May 10, 2011 Posted May 10, 2011 If that fails, I'll jump into the water after them. I'll stop Stevie from jumping in. As much fun as it would be to let him jump... It's outta our hands now, Stevie. Maybe when we make it to shore, we can catch up with 'em. Congressman, is that little boat of yours comin' back? How soon will reinforcements arrive?

"It had to go fetch someone very important for you."
iamded Posted May 10, 2011 Posted May 10, 2011 Wow. That was exciting! Gotta say I didn't see that coming. Any of it. I was sure they weren't Communists... well, now we know! How about that...
The Legonater Posted May 10, 2011 Posted May 10, 2011 "It'll be here soon." he starts. "It had to go fetch someone very important for you." Stanley? He's not too high up on our lists...
Bob Posted May 10, 2011 Author Posted May 10, 2011 The sound of the patrol boat returned, and eventually it bumped against the larger cargo ship. A ladder was extended up, and a familiar face stepped on board. "Good afternoon." President Truman started. "I cannot possibly apologize or make up for the trauma that you have all gone through, and there is nothing I can do to rectify this. However, know this. General Stanley has been stripped of rank, and has been given a court martial. He will never bother any of you again." The President looked forlornly at the crowd of townspeople, most of them bruised and heartbroken. "I cannot even begin to extend my condolences for you people. There never has been, or will be, a Project Wolf in Alabatha. I am sorry for all the trouble you have been through." The President turned, and left for the patrol boat. The sun shined high on the sky, piercing the clouds that began to dissipate overhead. The bright sun gave new possibilities for the people of Alabatha, their own destinies and futures ahead of them. Thank you for playing Red Scare Mystery! Look for the exciting Epilogue, which should be up in the next few days.
