Strange thing in the shop today

As far as I know, the new Cars series hasn't start yet. So I do a little research on brickset about several weeks ago. And then, on some normal day like today, I goes to a Lego House in my country and found these things:

I'm curious about the box on top of the Lightning McQueen pic; last one. Looks to be Star Wars(looks like lightsabres in the holder on the lower right). And it appears to be Special Edition...yellow vertical stripe on right side of box.

That looks to be one of the Ninjago sets to me. Those are weapon racks with the lightsaber hilt pieces.
