The questionnaire is following: http://120.125.84.7/limesurvey/index.php?sid=75335〈=en The English is a little unclear for me-- there are questions such as "I feel pressured when designing my own product", which COULD mean that I feel restricted (which would be true), but could also mean that I feel like I'm obligated to try it (social pressure or otherwise), or a few other things.
