Gregorovich Posted April 29, 2011 Posted April 29, 2011 As a huge Harry Potter fan, I'm extremely excited about the upcoming film. I have read all of the books twice, and the DH is my favourite. I'm very sad that this is the end of the Harry Potter series; it's the end of one of the most celebrated book/film series ever. It was what made a lot of children interested in reading, it's been a huge success for the British film industry, and it made magic "cool" again; but I'm very happy to see my favourite book being made into a film at last. I can't wait to see the film adaptation of this wonderful book. I certainly hope that it's as good as part 1, or better. I'm most looking forward to the Gringotts scene, as Helena Bonhom Carter is one of my favourite actresses in the film, and I love treasure. And, of course, the Battle for Hogwarts should be fantastic. I certainly hope they do it justice! Please post your comments on the film here, plus any news you find about it. Thanks. Toa Tahu Posted May 3, 2011 Posted May 3, 2011 Well I kind of didn't like DH part 1# until I saw it a 2nd time. At the theater it was SO LONG. The second time I thought it a very nice movie, maybe one of the best movies I've seen. Hopefully the DH #2 will be as good or better. Looking forward to The Battle Of Hogwarts and the destroying of the horcruxes. Quote
