Hello :)

My name is Ash, i'm a guy from Australia, and i am a big fan of lego :) i was wondering if you lovely people could help me, as i have seen a few creations and am curious as to how they are built :) if i was to post pictures and ask for thoughts on the construction of the models, which section would i post them?

Thank you for your hospitality, i look forward to my membership :)

Welcome to the forums Drainpipe! Of course you're very much welcome to post your creations here, and rest assured other members will definitely provide their comments, insights, suggestions, and constructive criticisms to your work. We have various dedicated subforums here where you could post your creation, what type of build is yours anyway? (so I could guide you where to properly post it).

it isn't actually my creation, i'm more interested in one of the effects achieved in it. I'm somewhat unfamiliar with more advanced techniques and was wondering if some kind soul would be able to look at the pictures and perhaps create an LDD reproduction, or even just explain how the effect was achieved. It is a LEGO model of a piece of real-life art, which sub-forum do you think that would belong in? Thank you for the welcome :)

Welcome to EB, Drainpipe! We have lots of great MOCers here, as well as LDD experts, and I'm sure there are many who could help you. It sounds like the model you're talking about would belong in the Special LEGO Themes forum.
