The set is missing the following: MiniFigs (none are included) Curved 9v track (1 piece) Transformer (that plugs into the wall. The Engine, Tender & Passenger Car are complete and Hogsmeade Station has been confirmed to be complete. The speed controller and connecting wire are included. I believe I know where the transformer is and will update this post when I find it and I won't stop looking for the singular piece of missing track. Figure your offer without them and if I find them after a deal is struck they will be included in the negotiated deal. I believe $200 is in the range of fair for this set. Willing to trade for the following: PF Train parts. Train specific parts such as wheels, boogies, couplers etc. Straight Track. Cross-Over Track. Switching Track.
