I can't get advanced shading

I've just updated my computer with LDD 4.1 and I've noticed that I cannot activate the Advanced shading or outlines on bricks for some strange reason.

I was wondering if any of you computer experts knew what is wrong with it

I didn't install 4.0 on the computer I am currently using now, but I did have it installed on my laptop and the option was available

Then your computer doesn't support shaders or they aren't recognized by the software.

I have the same thing (my desktop works on both cards - geforce 7600gt and radeon HD3870, but on my notebook, the options are disabled because it doesn't support openGL shader extensions).

And before you give up, make sure you have followed all the steps in this topic.

If it helps: I had the same issue with 32-bit Windows 7, and none of the solutions I'd seen had worked - but 64-bit Windows 7 was fine.
