7-speed compact gearbox

Today I would like to present a 7-speed + reverse gearbox of my design. I think that some of the solutions used in its construction, are rather unique and others can actually find them useful. Have you made a diff for the model yet? are you doing a locked diff or open ? solid axle or independent rear?

I'm very excited about this even though I don't do Technic.
