These should be my hardest works I ever done! About this creation This MOC topic comprises of 2 of my recent architectural creations. They are the St. Basil's Cathedral in Moscow of Russia and the Charles bridge in Prague of Czech Republic. I prepared them for a big Lego show in April 2011( Named Travel around the world). From the date of first meeting of the function, there's only more than 2 months allowed for the construction. The St. Basil's Cathedral took me one and a half month to complete while the Prague took me one and a half of week!!! Why I chose them as my topics? I create the Lego St. Basil's Cathedral as I was attracted by its colorful outlook. Although there're 2 Lego builders created it before. I want to challenge myself to create such a difficult Lego architecture, esp. for its shapes. Octagon and cone are 2 of the sharps that lego creation rarely been dealed with.

Great work with St. Basil's Cathedral. My first thought was that it was from one of the other builders, but that is to be expected with such an iconic building.

I can't believe you've created Charles bridge in just two weeks. I call that impressive.

Oh, and welcome to Eurobricks 'Schfio factory'.

Amazing. You've done some very good work on the domes and spires of the cathedral, but Prague is still my favourite. I love the way that bridge sits at an odd angle with the rest of the scene, and the details like those street lights. Nice tram, too :)

Wow, my sincerest congratulations on this wonderful creation SF! This is simply the perfect brickbuilt rendition St. Basil's Cathedral - from the colors, details, and overall design. Your other builds are equally-impressive too. My hats off to you Sir!

Very well done Schfio factory! The details and shapes in the St. Basil's Cathedral building must have been very hard to do, the bridge is just stunning and shocks me even more I'm sorry to say because it took less time. The bridge has great landscaping and the towers are really beautiful! :sweet:
