Indeed a very interesting find, thanks for sharing this DLuders! It looks to be a very good reference material for all aspiring minifig customizers, I might have to grab one of these to hone my skills in this craft.

I got my digital copy today, waiting on the print. I havent read through the whole thing but it looks really good. Some of it is just the old brickjournal pages but it has been updated and its always nice to have something to go to especially for people new to customizing.
