This is a scale 1:2 model of my Model Team Cement Truck which itself is a 1:25 model of a MAN TGS 8x4.

Most of the details remain, but I did not manage to include power functions this time around. It does, however, dispense GBC balls :)

The Model Team truck was originally meant to be a 2:1 version of 7990, but ended up being a scale model instead.

Here it is among my other Mini Model Team trucks at Klodsfest 2011.

Your cement truck is much better then TLG's version I must say. Nice to see this scaled-down System version retain almost all the details of your great Model Team cement truck. Great job as always Lasse D!

Great scaling down Lasse D! The details and features are a great function for this model.

Does it fall apart easily in the back? :classic:

Yep. Like all my MOCs, this one is full of 1 stud connections, strained bricks and the like, so that rear end will fall off as soon as you lie an eye on it :classic:

Nice MOD! :classic:

I like the rear details of this enhanced truck! :classic:

I concur: Nice Mod!

Very funny guys

Excellent work there 'Lasse D', though the 7990 I still love as a play cement mixer, yours is fantastic in the detail department, especially the rear section and front end of the truck....you can easily tell the make of truck.

Brick On 'Lasse D' !

Thanks, and I already did a microscale. Evil tongues claim it's just a 1x2 tile, but I simply think they need more creativity.

I agree! This one looks more realistic. The other trucks you've posted are also great, but this is my favourite. Well done!

Haha!
